Straighter, flatter shot that most drivers.
I read lots of reviews on all sorts of drivers before I purchased the River disc.I was looking for a driver that would shoot straighter and flatter than others. I use this disc in tight situations where the path is long and narrow.In my opinion this disc acts more like a mid-range disc but it does not veer too far off the line you release it from specifically speaking about a backhand throw.All in all it has preformed exactly how it said it would and that is precisely the reason I got it. No complaints.

Watch the river flow through the air.
River retro has a stat of 7|7|-1|1. It has been my go to disc because it just flies and glides super straight. Thinking of getting a better plastic later on. Color is a little bit lighter than pictured, I say like a mint color. Overall, good purchase.

Great disc for the price!
This disc glides very nicely. I like the feel of the disc in my hand. Pretty stable unless you can't generate much spin. The weight of mine is 163 grams so wind does effect it more than my 173 gram driver.Overall I would have given it a 4.5 but that wasn't available to do.

Very happy with this purchase
To preface – I am a beginner, so my perspective may vary from more experienced players. However, I am very happy with this disc's performance. It flies straight, and I've found it to be very durable (I've thrown it into my fair share of tree trunks with little to no damage). Moreover, I had a great experience with the company's customer service rep! Very happy with this purchase

Great Disc for getting some extra distance as a beginner
I love this disc. I would consider myself a beginner / intermediate level player. A 7 speed makes it a little easier for me to control and the 7 glide rating on the disc keeps it going. It is a good price compared to a lot of the other discs out there.

Disc flies straight
Love the river but the material it is made of is not great quality. I have used it for a week and it looks like it has been used for a season. weight of the disc is 174g.
