This is a very well constructed safe. It is very heavy duty with a lot put into a thoughtful design. The keys for the lock work perfectly (all of them...I got two safes, so could see they are definitely individualized). Opens perfectly. Yes, slightly noisy on open, but not overly and would rather it opened with piston action than sudden uncontrolled flap back. The padding on one side could have been applied better, as it had a bit of a bunch up at the bottom. There was a screw head that was stripped in one (see pic), but when I used the email for support to contact the company, they responded immediately and sent an amazon gift card to make up for the imperfection. I believe it is just cosmetic and don't think it's worth messing with trying to get it out and replace it. I did not test electronics yet since they are gifts and didn't want to register any codes or fingerprints. There is a one year warranty that should handle any issues if they should arise. This safe has a lot of features not offered on the most popular one: 6 big sturdy keys for up to an 8 digit code, a piston open, as well as a third way to open fingerprint reader, very sturdy/heavy duty and seemingly pry proof latch, well written instructions, great packaging (that does make a difference) which is simple and protective, a usb connection/cable for loss of battery power, a cable for tie down and screws, an interior led light and overall great sleek design for a thin, but roomy interior. The phone support is not there yet, but they told me they are working on that and it was easy and fast to communicate though email at the address they provide on a card inside the safe. Overall very impressed! A few quality issues to address and it will be perfect.

Great gun safe. It is well designed and well made. Put new batteries in, programmed digital and biometrics-disappointingly, safe would open intermittently and also would have red beeps ten times. Disconnected batteries, hooked up the provided USB-C cable and safe performed as advertised. Upon closer inspection, discovered that I had reversed the polarity of one of the batteries. Upon remedying this, the safe works perfectly-This is the best gun safe that I have owned! (Very easy to set up, if you install the batteries correctly)

This is super nice and quick set up! Plenty of room to store gun and a few other valuables.Gives you piece of mind knowing your firearm is safely secured so no unauthorized person could get into it!Also the video with the GloryFire tech rep was very reassuring explaining how easy it was to program. That really put my mind at ease knowing I was getting a high quality, sturdy safe,11 lbs so not too light not to heavy and also has mounting hardware for permanent placement, and cable lock option. Probably going to get another one for my Dad because it is so easy to operate.

Excellent quality and works as advertised

This is my second safe, first one had a blemish in the finish and it would not save the finger prints for more than an hour or two. Customer service was very good and I returned it for a replacement. Second safe was in good condition and so far it is saving the finger prints. But it is very temper-mental when reading even if you enter it several times. If your fingers or thumbs have any oil, lotion, dirt exc. it will not read or open. My wife has a 25% chance it will open. So for the money even without the biometric reader the safe works very well and stores two revolvers with 4-1/2" barrels plus ammo. The security cable is a very nice addition as well as the compartment light. The six button access code works perfect every time which is what I would recommend using to garantee access at a moments need. You can silence the beep from pressing buttons through the program button. If the biometric reader isn't your main reason for purchasing I recommend this safe. If you read the reviews of several other biometric gun safes you will find the same complaints about the finger print readers.

My gun fits great inside it easy to use with no problems

I’m using this box for my firearm case that I place underneath my night stand. It’s slim enough to slide under it and using the cable to secure it to my night stand. I love it due to the fact that it has enough room for 2 firearms and some bullets. Also I can register multiple fingerprints for me and my wife. Has multiple access through fingerprints , combination number and keys, it uses 2 AA battery inside but also you can connect to C port in case the battery ran out to access the box. Everything that I want for security box. You can secure firearm, cash, important document such as passport etc. it very well built with thick metal. Fingerprint scanner is very responsive, hasn’t read any failure so far. Also there is an LED light built inside the box which is easy to see in the dark. Very satisfied customer here!!

I loved this safe. Sturdy and secure. However, one day i went to get into it and the lights wouldn't turn on. It pretty much died. It does not power on from batteries or a usb c adapter. And no product support available.
