Overpriced
These are easy to install and quite effective. They are just seriously overpriced.

expensive but worth it.
Put this on and old wooden double hung window. Went on easy and works great. Used on 1st floor to allow ventilation and keep bad guys from sliding window open more. Next is time to get alarm company to add a close sensor to new position. That way if left open for ventilation and some does reach up and flip the catch the alarm will go off.

Work really well
Very easy to install and great quality. I purchased more for the rest of my windows. Kind of expensive but worth the cost.

must-have for double-hung window AC install
Most people only think about securing the bottom window of their double-hung windows when installing a window AC unit. BUT if/when the bottom window is raised up to allow the AC to be installed, nothing is there to secure the top window. These devices do that. When the bottom window is down against the AC and the top window is closed up against the top of the frame, these devices will lock automatically which locks both the top and bottom windows in place. They are easy to open manually, easy to lock, and look and feel great. Worth every penny. Available in brown or white. Very high quality item.

It works.
I was a little worried that drilling the holes would clear the glass and gasket. But following the directions it missed them and the product works well.

No screws
Product is good, works as described, ordered one more set today. But no screws came with it to mount on windows so I had to go buy screws and can't find the right color to match. Disappointed! Gave it 3 stars because no screws and no rubber bumper that was shown in the pictures. Alot of money for no screws!!

Expensive but worth it
After seeing other reviews, I bought these first. Went on easy. Very sturdy. Will order more.
