Dreadful product and company
Less than a year old, used about 12 times and the display no longer works. However, company can't do anything to help as warranty for 6 months!! Avoid this product and company!!

Hot cooking quickly and easy to clean up
A good hot and quick grilling machine quick and easy to clean up afterwards.. only preset temperature settings, which are good when you get used to using it.A good buy for me.Dec 19th stopped working properly dial doesnt select option

Surprisingly excellent - cooks very fast
We got this as a replacement for one that burned out, for our homeless food program. We grill 30 sandwiches a day for the homeless - with this grill it takes 25 minutes, with the last one it took an hour and a half. Tried it also for cooking steaks, and they came out beautifully seared, and tender inside. And the removable plates are a blessing. 100% recommend.

Looks great
I did not keep this item , it looks great and I would think it would be a great machine, but at my age it is a bit to heavy to handle .
