Nice size and do the job
These are quite nifty and discreet because of the retractable handle. We actually haven't used them that much since investing in a fly screen, but I am pleased with my purchase, thank you.

Works perfectly
Electric shop type fly killer does not work on these summer flies neither do two sprays but with one each my husband and I swat the day away. Seemed flimsy but work brilliantly for such a low price. I rescue moths, spiders and other household insects but flies are a no go

Broke after 19 days
Unfortunately this product has a shorter life-span than the flies I want to swat with it. Delivered on the 16th July 2026, used on average once a day, quite effective once got used to the smallish “swatting” area, then the handle broke on the 3rd of August 2026. We got two for £3.99, so you judge if that is value for money for 19 days with about one swatted fly a day - would have been happy to pay more for one that lasts, but unfortunately they are all made like this.

Broke.
My red one has just broken... It's great that it can extend. I personally find the swatty bit too small. But yes, just annoyed one is broken already. Better to just buy non-extendable if that is a product weakness.

Handy and Easy to Store
The flies in the UK during summer are honestly so annoying, so I decided to get this fly swatter and it’s actually really handy. It’s lightweight but doesn’t feel cheap, and the retractable handle is useful because you can extend it when needed and fold it away afterwards. Easy to store and works well around the house. Happy with it so far
