The product is very good and it's working fine. The size of the product is perfect and hence it is portable. The ports are designed well to fit all type of A type usb cords. Very good product.

This Dongle has been great so far, I have been using it for almost 5 months now , almost daily, it has never given me any problems and all the ports work just fine. The built is good, short cable also feels durable. Would definitely recommend if looking for a budget dongle.

Okay so this product has many ports though, all of em are USB 2.0, well its my mistake that I didn't go through the description thoroughly. For those who work in Media, I would suggest get a better usb port with USB 3.2 since fast data transfer is important in the field. Other than that, the only USB 3.0 provided in the device faced issues regarding reading the connected device from third day of purchase.

I had a terrible experience with both Amazon India and the Portronics brand, and I feel compelled to share this so others don’t fall into the same trap.The product was delivered to me on June 25, 2025. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized at that time and couldn’t open or use the product immediately. When I returned and finally unboxed it, I realized they had sent me a defective item.Since the return window had closed, I contacted Amazon, and their only response was to ask me to claim the warranty with Portronics — basically washing their hands of the issue.I reached out to Portronics and followed every instruction:Sent them detailed images and videos of the defective product.They confirmed a technician would come and collect the unit.It’s now been over a week, and no one has come to pick up the item. ZERO follow-up. ZERO accountability.This clearly shows how Amazon is enabling such irresponsible brands on their platform. Selling low-quality products, refusing proper support, and letting customers deal with the mess.❌ Portronics = Unreliable❌ Amazon India = No customer protectionI feel completely cheated. Amazon, if you care about your reputation, stop supporting such pathetic manufacturers.Do NOT buy Portronics products. Save your money, your time, and your sanity.
