Love love LOVE these hand towels for hot yoga. I used the full sized ones for years but hated how I would always move them askew or fold them over accidentally with my feet. The hand towels are all you need! The most important thing is keeping your hands in place while you’re sweating and these do just that! They stay in place thanks to the grips on the bottom.

I love my small towel so much. As someone who does hot yoga and bikram from time to time, it is important to have a towel. I have a great mat that doesn’t slip much, but having the extra support for my hands when it’s gets sweaty is amazing. It allows me the ability to focus on my form and not have to worry about slipping!

I put this towel on my yoga mat. It helps me from slipping. It is the best one I have tried

This hand towel is just awful! It is so rough to the touch, I don’t want it touching any part of my skin.

I use the hand towel during practice because my palms get sweaty and slippery. I found that the nubs are noticeable during practice, and not overly helpful for keeping the towel in place. Overall nice towel, but prefer the one without the nubs on the back

I always purchased full sized yogi toes towels but they get in the way of my movement on the mat so this one does the job and is just right in size for some sweat to fall and for me to wipe down occasionally. I could also use it at the end of class to clean my mat as it's the perfect size for that too!I unfortunately didn't like that the picture showed all purple but I received one with blue edges - not a blue fan. Otherwise, awesome sized yoga towel for duo purposes.

I love this brand yoga mats and yoga mat towel. This hand towel is too rough for sweat on face. Prefer softer towel.

Very absorbent

Thought this would fit a 71" by 24" mat but it is a hand towel that I would never use. Returning

Very good, non-slippery, easy to wash and dry. I use it 3-4 times a week.

Based on the price I thought this was a full yoga mat sized towel. It is in fact a tiny hand/face towel that has grips on one side for some reason and the fabric is pretty rough, definitely won’t be using it.
