It’s his usual moments of postmodern brilliance, but this time it comes saddled with an incomprehensible plot and a confusing message about control.He has covered the same issues in much better ways in his other work. His attempt at making a status quo perspective really makes no sense given the weirdness within what is supposed to be the thing maintaining social order.You can just read The Invisibles and have a much better time.

If you’re into Morrison, then this is him unleashed. It’s good to get this volume as the size helps with the art and you may want to reread some sections after the complete read. It’s a very ambitious effort. I’m not sure that everything quite lands, but it’s still stunning, creative work.

A strange romp. Probably needs a few readings to take it all in. I enjoyed it regardless. Not for everyone.

As a fan of Grant Morrison, this seemed like a weak effort and was weird for the sake of being weird. Read Arkham Asylum or The Invisibles instead.

Everytime I hear about Q-anon, I think of this book. You see a lot of " Morrison-isms" in this, similar to " The Invisibles" . All in all, a good thought provoking read.

Stark and accurate portrait of human beings.

What do a cat loving amnesiac, a chimpanzee assassin who hates humanity, colorful, beautiful art and one of the nuttiest comics ever produced have in common? Grant Morrison. Always known for toeing his own line, this comic is.... well you'll have to read it for yourself.

Not good at all. Terrible story for such a great premise. I'm struggling to understand how this got a 4 star average.

Messed up. I think maybe Grant is the best. Its really out there though, his ideas, and the illustrations that go along with this are just absolutely spot on. This is like out there at its best! I'm actually just thinking about it now. Its crazy, buy it, I don't see how you could regret it.

Delivered promptly, solid packaging.Item was pristine when delivered, and now obviously read.Great story by Morrison, if you liked Transmetropolitan and Invisibles them you need this in your collection.

Deep, dark, entertaining, and light.Morrison pulls all the stops, and then some.This book takes work and it is worth it.

Grant Morriston at his twisted best ,original ideas similar to when 2000ad let his push the limits well beyond the capacity of the usual Marvel and DC treadmill.
