Works ok
The heads are on a swivel which is nice. Only issue is you need to super glue the rubber piece on. It does like to come off the vent if you take a corner to sharp. Worth the money.

Should have bought it a long time ago
Bought this because I installed a State Farm telematics beacon in my car and I needed to have my phone mounted or it would ding me for picking it up while driving. Works like a charm. Depending on where you place it, it could partly obscure a vent -- just make sure to mount it high enough. It's a real safety benefit to use a mount when using online navigation.

I have a phone case with a magnet, and got this to hold up the phone on the dash board when using my GPSvery easy to install just stick it in a heating vent AND It's strong & sturdy my phone stays put, even on rough road

Weak magnet
The product is terrible. The magnet is not strong enough to hold your phone even with a strong magnetic case. Do not waste your time and money.

Strong magnet and Very Versatile
This is a great little phone mount. The magnet is very strong even over the city of potholes I reside in. LOL. It is very versatile and fits a wide array of vent styles and the telescopic ball makes agling the phone to whatever angel you desire quite easy.
