I have tried a few glass chains and chords but find the little rubber holder that goes on the glasses arm gradually stretches out and the chain/chord is no longer usefull. This glasses strap is amazing. I have had it for a year now and they still hold my glasses very well. Even when my glasses get caught on something, they do not pull out of these glasses strap. It is now just so much easier to lift my glasses onto my nose from hanging around my neck. The fabric is soft and does not irritate my neck (or get caught in neck hairs!) Also much better than putting my glasses on top of my head when not using, and ripping out hair when I grab them to put on.
