The media could not be loaded. It's the best plyo box out there in market where other brands are providing the same at such higher prices .. and it's very safe .. you will not worry about your shins on the box .. so buy it ..

Slippery and light but it works
We have a wooden box that is way more sturdy than this box. It works if you have it on a yoga mat and up against something solid, like a wall. If you don't it feels unstable to jump on.

It slides a little on tile floor so may be use a yoga mat under it. Can be used for jumps, step down etcAfter 3 months of infrequent use, the zipper for the cover has split
