It works great. I was apprehensive about the wire frame, but I think I like it better, as there is less metal to heat up when you are preheating the pan.

Great pan worked very well

I have struggled mightily to achieve a crispy, inflated popover. Only with this pan did it happen. Finally! What emerged from the oven were just perfect! I am so grateful. This pan is excellent in every respect

First time baking popovers. I used a recipe called light and buttery classic popovers. Now this pan is non stick so I am not sure I needed to spray the pan with a non stick spray but I did anyway. Just look at the pictures. Not sure what was going on with the one with bunny ears. I grew up eating popovers for special meals and this pan won’t disappoint you. Granted it’s all in the recipe and knowing if you oven’s temperature is accurate. I couldn’t be more pleased. Bon appetite!
