FANGZIDM 100PCS Safety Eyes with Washers 6mm Black Plastic Toy Eyes For Doll Making DIY Crafts

These are brilliant little eyes that arrived quickly as I needed to finish a mini dinosaur amigurumi. They were easy to apply to the crochet and the safety backing is firm and secure. Just make sure to place them in tight stitches in crochet so they can't fall out as these are fairly small eyes (6mm).

These are a great size and look lovely on my baby octopi 🐙 and jellyfish, however they are shorte in length than other makes so only work with thinner 4 ply yarn, on dk they distort the shape. I really liked their rounded ends, but will go back to the pointed ones as they are a little longer.

Easy to fix but once fixed cannot get them off again if in the wrong place. Quality and value for money very good.

6mm eyes on a small crochet project, they worked well and very secure.

Pleasantly surprised - for the price, I expected to have to clean the edges of a large number of the eyes, but so far (having used 20 pairs) they've all been perfect! Really useful having them in their own little snap box instead of a zippy bag too. Excellent value, I shall buy more from this seller.

I made positive potatoes and emotional support pickles for some young people that I mentor and these eyes were just perfect to bring them to life. Easy to use, perfect for what I needed. They stay in place well. I probably didn’t need quite so many!

These are great quality just smaller than I thought they would be but that’s my own fault for not investigating further.

I wasn't sure what size to get so I initially bought 3 mm eyes and realised immediately that I needed much bigger eyes ( 3mm is about the size of a seed bead if that's helpful).I ordered these, arriv do quickly.The set includes eye posts and backing washers, supplied in a useful plastic hinged box.The box arrives in a clear plastic wrapper.Very happy with these, exactly what I was looking for, 6mm is still what I would call very small eyes.To help se this type of safety eye, you will need access to the front and the back/ inside of your work so remember to apply them before finishing the head. Simply slot the eye through the work, and from the other side , push on the washer. There are flanges on the back post of the eye, making it relatively easy to put the washer on, but very difficult to get the washer off ( in the past, when I didn't position the eyes just right, I had to take some wire snips to get the washer off, the fit is that snug)The washer stops the eye from coming off, and stops tye post of the eye from working through the knitted or crocheted fabric. You might be able to use these on sewing fabric, I suppose you would need to make a small hole in the fabric, but as I don't ( because I really can't) sew, I cannot be sure.Hope this is useful.
