I’ve been using BPN’s Electrolytes Hydration Drink Mix for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my daily routine. Whether I’m training, running, or just trying to stay hydrated during a busy workday, this mix does the job. The flavor is surprisingly clean and refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial like a lot of electrolyte powders out there. It mixes easily in water without clumps or grit, which I really appreciate. Performance-wise, I’ve noticed a big difference. On long runs and heavy lifting days, I don’t feel as drained or dehydrated. It’s packed with the right balance of sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, so it feels like it’s actually helping my recovery instead of just tasting good. Overall, BPN nailed it with this one. This is my absolute go to for electrolytes. Tasted good, and is made with quality ingredients. I usually dissolve it into 3-4 oz of hot water just to ensure it fully dissolves then add in cold water. Flavor is good, very micronized in texture, and another good product from BPN.

Had a friend let me try this flavor and it is very good. I really like a competitor (Re-lyte) but I know BPN is a good company and since I tried it once before I figured I would give it a try. It isn’t overly salty. I like salty electrolytes but my wife and many others do not. This is much sweeter than others so I would suggest more water than less. Value seems good compared to BPNs website and comparable electrolyte mixes. It seems to work well for keeping me energized and going on long runs and overall feel good after having it on a hot day!

I go between the strawberry BPN and the lemonade Transparent Labs and I like that the BPN is a little cheaper! The strawberry flavor is incredible and I always feel hydrated after drinking it. It mixes really well too.

Great product. This is probably the best tasting electrolytes powder I’ve had so far. I used to use Liquid IV but I feel like it’s turned to junk. The Bare Performance product has the perfect blend for casual daily use and I’m really satisfied with the quality. When it comes to electrolytes, I’m a Lemon-Lime guys. This is definitely my new go-to. Recommended.

Definitely a good quality electrolyte additive for post workout. Taste is 4/5. Price is pretty high compared to others, that’s why a 4/5 instead of 5 stars.
