UPDATE: I had used a similar cushion to the one I ordered my wife, but it was not as thick as my wife's cushion. Thus, I ordered a cushion similar to hers. I cannot believe the difference that this cushion made over the one I was previously using. This one is thicker, wider, and much more comfortable than the one I was using. It stays primarily on the recumbent bike where I exercise about 2 hours per day. This has made a positive difference in how my back and rear end feel after riding. I recommend this and would definitely order again.I had purchased a similar cushion several months ago and use it every day when I am riding my stationary recumbent bike. When my spouse started to develop some painful back issues. I suggested she try my cushion. And she loved the results. It lowered the pain in her lower back and was certainly comfortable.I immediately ordered this cushion, and when it arrived she had the choice of using mine or the newer one. The new cushion is an XL and is larger and a little thicker than the one I've used for several months. The cushion has a memory form gel interior and a nice cloth exterior. She has used it for several days, and thoroughly likes the feel and pain relief from this product. I also used it and it felt just as good or better than the similar product I have used.BOTTOM LINE: I like (my wife loves) this cushion. It does provide short-term pain relief for her back issues and is comfortable when used with an office chair or recumbent bike. I would definitely order this product again.

I don't usually do reviews but decided to for this product. First off let me say that I am a stout guy at 5'10 1/2" and about 315lbs. I spend a lot of time online while sitting in an old roll around office chair. It's cushion has gotten hard after years of use. I sit forward on it and this causes the circulation in my legs to get cut off. I was trying to sit on a pillow and one day while trying to adjust it the chair shot out from under me and dropped me on my tailbone(coccyx) which was very painful. I started looking at memory foam cushions and reading reviews. I decided to give this a try. I was skeptical about how it would hold up with extended use. I was sure that it would get compressed and not rebound. After 6 weeks of use I can say that it is a great product. I can sit on it for long periods and while it does compress some it expands back. My wide bottom fits on it with a little room on both sides. My legs are no longer falling asleep. If I want to sit all the way back against the chair there is a cutout at the rear of the cushion than takes the pressure off your tailbone. It is not a cheap cushion but I feel it was worth the price and if lasts a few years will have been worth it.

IT HELPED FOR A WHILE BUT THE SEAT WAS JUST TOO HARD FOR SITTING FOR LONG PERIODS. IT NEED MORE GEL CUSHIONING FOR SUSTAINED LONG PERIODS OF SITTING.

I previously received a Aylio brand seat cushion as a gift and recently purchased two different brands, Orthopedic Seat Cushion and Comfilife.1: brand Orthopedic seat cushion is my favorite. I believe that this is the best one out of the three seat cushions. The cushion is a very good size, has a mesh cover, carry handle on side, good quality memory foam and cool gel pad. it's much larger than the other ones, finally I found a cushion that fits great on my office chair and in the car. It has anti skid rubber bottom and it does not slide on the seat. The cushion is very comfortable and has the prefect amount of thickness. It's helping me a lot to ease my back pain. I'm very happy with this cushion and would recommend to others.2: Brand Comfilife was an okay seat cushion, the cushion was made out of memory foam, cool gel pad, carry handle on side and has a rubber anti-skid bottom. however it still was too small and very firm, it wasn't comfortable to seat on.3: Brand Aylio is a cheap made seat cushion and I did not like it at all, first of all it was not memory foam it was a sponge, the size was small and did not have a Anti-slip fabric on the bottom, and was not comfortable at all, overall it was poor quality.Here are the images of the 3 cushions so that you can see the differences.

First, let me say that the size is great. And, I would venture a guess that those who would need this larger size would also have need of a weight capacity above your average adult. I weigh about 250 pounds and all but completely flattened this cushion. After about 3 hours of use the pain was so great that I knew this must be returned and my search continues. Thank you so much.REVISION:After seeing my post, Lucy K from AceRate contacted me regarding a higher density cushion sample that they had. Let me tell you, it is so much better! I sincerely hope they make this higher density cushion available for sale. It truly is much superior to the lower density version. As I previously stated, it is a matter of weight capacity, and none of the vendors state that for these cushions. Thickness is only part of the issue. So, kudos to Lucy K and AceRate for excellent customer support. They were kind enough to ship the sample cushion to me at no cost. For this I am grateful.To AceRate:It is difficult to wade through the myriad of coccyx cushions available on Amazon. If you do make this higher density version available for sale, please let me know. I have use for more of them.
