Nice quality bran for cooking/baking.
I make molasses bran muffins with this. Really nice quality product. It incorporates together with all the other ingredients easily. The texture is great, you don't get pieces that you have to pull out of your batter because they're hard, etc. The taste is slightly nutty but barely noticeable. Good taste. Using this in place of some of the flour also adds a healthy effect to you food.I would definitely recommend this brand for the qualityof said product and the price point. Others are so much more expensive.I am definitely a repeat customer.

Great oat bran cereal
Really good oat fiber. I mailed it with oatmeal, made muffins & cookies. The taste was great and I thought the value was good.

Oat Bran: the most nutrious cereal in the world!
Marvellous breakfast. Very mutritous and very easy to prepare. I fix mine with an raw egg whipped with a fork and a quarter cup of milk in one and a half minutes in the microwave; I usually then add a banana and occasionally a few raisons and or nuts.Health benefits:highly nutritious; even more nutritous than rolled oatsWhy did you pick this product vs others?:It's very easy to prepare but it's not like a breakfast you shake out of a box that doesn't need any preparation at allmore nutritious that pre-cooked cereals; even more nutritionGrain content:Oat Brand - one of the most nutrious cereals we can eat.

A standard product at a good price
Oat bran has about the same degree of product differentiation as seltzer, which is to say none. Medley Farms oat bran remains cheaper than Quaker or Bob's Red Mill. There are no directions for cooking it but that is what cook books, the internet, or the back of the Quaker box are for.It comes in a re-sealable bag that works after opening. I have been buying this brand for years--last year one of the packages was opened on arriving--I asked for a refund but never got one--shame on you Medley

Great for bran muffins
I was making some bran muffins and looked far and wide at my local grocery stores for oat bran and couldn’t find any. I ordered this and it was perfect. The muffins were delicious!
