Works as described. Has a harsh LED light 'effect'. Is bright enough to light a small porch to find your house key at night. 👍 Have not timed the light, but seems to be in the 3 to 4 minute window.

I put it in our bathroom, because you walk around the corner and it's too dark to see the lightswitch. This works great; you walk around the corner and the light comes on it's on. It doesn't stay on long, though, and there's no way to adjust that. Goes off while you're sitting on the toilet or if you're in the shower (behind the shower curtain). I'll have to go back to a regular bulb and find a closet or something to put this one in.

I purchased this for my basement, but it wasn't bright enough. It works perfectly in an under stair closet though. It's probably about equivalent to a 25 watt bulb, with a very blue tone.For the basement, I had to buy a different motion detector fixture that would take a regular 100 watt bulb

I love these bulbs. I have one at my front porch and back porch. Everytime I leave and get back to my house I don't have to turn on the light. I can finally see to unlock my door because the light automatically turns on for me. It is also good security letting me know when someone comes to my door. No special tools or wiring. Just put it in tbe socket and turn the light switch on. The light only comes on when it is dark and motion is detected.

Bought two bulbs. Both bulbs worked as advertised, but one died after 11 months of service. That is too short compared to promised service.

cant put it in light case like infront of house or side of house wont come on with top on

Perfect for dark basements or anywhere you would like the lights to turn on with motion.

Does not work in any fixture with glass surround.
