Quality piece of kit
I use the Panasonic Multishape to trim my beard I find it gives a smooth and accurate trim. The length setting appear accurate. Build quality is very good. Initially I though it was an odd shape for a beard trimmer but it is well balanced and comfortable to use. Battery life is good. One negative point, the numbers on the trim length adjuster are difficult to read except in bright light.

Broken after 2 Years
Was good whilst it lasted, warranty not covered over 1 year. The spinning element is plastic, so squeaks after use with toothbrush/paste. Do not use in water, as suggested. Lithium Battery is also not charging now, Couple of other Panasonic devices I have also have short lasting lithium batteries.

Great Electric Shaver
Had this for months now, had no issues and the best battery life i've seen. Cuts really well, and the guards are perfect and safe to use.

Should be USB-C charging
It’s a nice product, but overpriced. The proprietary charger with a 3 pin plug attached is completely unnecessary and wasteful. I’m assuming inside is an 18650 li-ion battery (I bought this version). It could easily be USB charged from almost any charger. This also limits travel options, when you could charge with whatever is charging your phone, torch, laptop etc.

Not really worth it
I thought it is a complete set, and when I bought the heads there were not good quality either. Regret it !

Mine only lasted a year.
I don't shave very often, maybe three times a year. I bought this in November 2023. I have charged it three times and used it maybe four or five times. Now it doesn't charge anymore. Totally worthless garbage.

Plucks hairs and not a close trim
Seems good out of the packet with loads of attachments to be able to do lots of things. But for the beard side of things… not so good. Without a hard on it, so the raw trimmer head. It’s not close at all, in fact it’s one of the worst I’ve used, it leaves long stubble still and catches the hairs often and plucks them.
