Tasty and fresh. Almost impossible to reseal bag.
Tasty and fresh. Packaging shows more seeds than fruit, but there's more fruit than seeds. Small amount of added sugar. The bag is a bear....I stopped trying to reseal it after several efforts. The Ziplock-like seal is only about an eighth-inch wide.

Tasty snack -- not overly sweet ...
This Fruit and Seed Blend offers a good combination of dried blueberries, dried cranberries, pepitas (pumpkin seeds) and sunflower seeds, in about equal parts. Nice flavor, no preservatives -- not as sweet as other dried fruit/seed blends. This is NOT low-calorie, however, so moderation will be necessary -- it's really good stuff and the tendency to overdo will be strong. My favorite way to use this: 1/4 C mixed into plain Greek yogurt (about 4-6 oz). I've also added it to my favorite high-protein pancake mix -- yummy!Bottom line: I like it. It has a nice "healthy" flavor, not *too* sweet (although the dried berries are sweetened), and plays well with other items.

Delicious, Wholesome Trail Mix—A Combination of Sweet and Tangy and Salty!
A took a twenty-ounce bag of Fruit & Seed Blend from Rare Fare Foods to Maryville, Tennessee when I visited my parents a few weeks ago. My parents and I sampled it. Dad and I munched on it while watching movies at night. It is delicious. My mom enjoyed it more than I. When I left to drive back home to Chesapeake, I wanted Mom to keep the remainder of the bag but she insisted that I take it. She even put some in a little plastic disposable container for me to easily snack on in the car while I’m driving home. I have never tasted anything like this Fruit & Seed Blend. It is a very unique type of trail mix. It has a ton of salty sunflower seeds, which I love. There are some pepitas (pumpkin seeds) also present. I’m not familiar with them; I can’t really taste them. I do taste the dried cranberries and blueberries. They are sweet and tangy. It is best not to eat this trail mix when you are hungry or you might devour the entire bag. The bag itself is easy to open and has a Ziploc seal. Fruit & Seed Blend is a wholesome mix of seeds and berries. There are not any artificial flavors, preservatives, and colors. Even though the mix is nutritious, it is high in calories. Most nuts and seeds are. I received the bag on 18 Jul 17. The expiration date printed on the package is 19 Dec 17. The Fruit & Seed Blend barely latest a month. I took the bag to work and the trail mix soon disappeared. I munched on it while working at my computer. I am trying to lose weight. The Fruit & Seed Blend from Rare Fare Foods didn’t help. It is too scrumptious.

Really good, few ingredients, no salt, but more caloric than you might think
These are really good. Cranberries, sunflower seeds, pepitas (pumpkin seeds), and blueberries. They're so good that 1/4 cup is really too small a serving size. That 1/4 cup will set you back 140 calories, but seriously, are you just going to stop there? I like this product because it's so simple... no messing with chocolate, or nuts, or granola clusters, or added salt, etc. Probably could have lost the added sugar (3 of the 13 grams of sugar per serving)... but I'm one of those people who likes my berries tart. Anyway, these are really good but, as someone else noted, more a treat than a routine snack. Recommended, though!

Delicious and healthy - as long as you eat them in moderation - great sprinkled on cereal and in oatmeal
I'm enjoying these sprinkled in cereal and oatmeal. Very delicious. I'm trying not to eat too much because they are high in fat, but they are also high in iron and phosphorus, which balances it out a bit.
