Over the past several months, we have given that bag all we could from basic striking to hard core heavy bag workouts. During these workouts we have utilized our full array of Muay Thai strikes including knees, and elbows. No injuries, no cuts, no burns from the material the bag is made from ! The bag gives just the right amount that allows even the beginner striker to use without injury but yet allows the hardest of hitters to bang until they flat out can't go anymore. The filling is done perfectly, not using sand but using fabric which gives a realistic feeling when striking. This bag has been put to the test and then some by every member of our training crew and has been the best equipment investment I have ever made. I looked for a long time and eventually found the Outslayer Heavy bag. It seemed to have good reviews, so I bought it. And may I say, it works great! The leather straps attached to the D-ring make it so it's nice and quiet. It's also very resilient. I've trained every day on it for the last few months, and it hasn't deformed at all. The material on the outside is a bit rougher and has more grip to it. I've heard other people comment negatively on that, but I've had no issue with it. The inside material is nice to strike. At first when I got it, it was a little too rigid, but after a few times of kicking it, it had the right amount of firmness and give. So, in conclusion, I really like this punching bag. It has a great feel when striking it, its outside is durable, and it keeps its form really well when put under high impact.
