day one and already love it, easy right out of package. been a massage therapist since 1997 so scents and diffusers are no stranger. these waterless ones are flat out easier. keep unit vertical so it does not leak, plug spins to accommodate sideways outlet but may not work on a countertop without base clearance so be wary. essential oils are expensive, if you go that route plant therapy and revive are the way to go as they sell bulk. for cost factors and heavenly blends i recently have chosen midwest fragrance company looking to scent our new commercial gym. their 2oz samples fill this halfway- volcano has been heavenly with many compliments, and now loving bum bum in this new unit. the default setting on this unit is a long spray and often, i programed it to the least setting on grade 1- a 3 second spray every 900 seconds (15 minutes) which i find to be plenty sufficient. (the highest setting is a 15 second spray every 60 seconds.) you can also set multiple programs for different times of day, as well as on different days of the week. i have this unit in our classroom (650sqft) and have it programed only a few hours during class time each weekday evening, and another schedule on the weekends for earlier classes- not sure if there is a limit on how many programs as i only programed three. the app is easy and the same one as the main unit in our gym even though it's from a different company, and i am ecstatic for the convenience of that! each unit bluetooths in with separate passcode and separate unit capabilities. this unit is in a closed room with another closed room next to it with zero access between them, the only thing shared is the drop ceiling space- and even across a 26 ft room with a solid wall between the scent can be smelled in the office space next door- amazed and happy. i'll update any issues if they arise but i highly recommend this and will buy more if ever needed, will probably gift some to my family too.

Just like the other reviews the product itself is great and works well. Sadly 2 of our JCloud products we purchased both stopped working at about the 6 month mark. Good customer service and they did send out replacement parts, we cleaned and installed the parts correctly yada yada... Yes, I know how to repair something like this. Sorry to say both units still do not work and quite frankly are a waste of money. Go with a cheaper unit and/or buy the extended warranty on these types of products! Hope it helps!
