I highly recommend this company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Replacement not the same as original *by E***H on June 17, 2019* We bought this filter as a replacement of the same filter. We installed the ispring big blue whole house system about a year ago and have been very happy with it. We have it installed at our cabin which has very irony water. The filter system has worked really well, but I am not yet sure about this replacement filter. It is very different than the original one we had. This new one seems much "cheaper" in materials and construction. Initially we have had a lot of air bubbles in our water even weeks after installation. This is expected the first few hours, but not the first few weeks. I called ispring and spoke to Nick who was very nice. He offered to send us a new filter stating that perhaps we got a defective one. I received the new filter today, and will be installing it this weekend. I will update my review after installing the replacement. Update: We got the replacement filter as promised, and it has been working beautifully!
