I am a woman with a larger frame so my wrists are a little thicker than the average woman. I had hoped this would be adjustable enough to give me a comfortable fit. I have it as large as it will go and it fits just a tiny bit too snug. I have to keep switching arms or it leaves a pretty good mark. Otherwise the colors are nice and the bands have a decent look.
