Capsule not too difficult to swallow and I have a hard time with pills. Read on medical blog that each dose during the day should be 300 mg which this is. However, to get my daily recommended dose of 1200 mg, I need to take 2 four times a day. Hard to remember it all. The product seems fine.

This form of Calcium Citrate is a safe, easily absorbed form of Calcium. Calcium carbonate is to be avoided as it hardens in the arteries. This is a high quality supplement. I will continue to take it for bone health.
