I have recommended to other friends and they also love it..but pricey but i will always use this once its available to buy..i have been keeping my weight to an ideal weight..it doesn't fluctuate anymore. This tea works. I drink it before sleep and have to go the following day. But I am finding it too expensive so won't be buying unless it's goes on offer
