Really good earpiece for calls - very clear at both ends. Connected to the phone straight away. Instructions and voice in English. Initially I found the earpiece was hurting my ear, but I've since discovered another hook in the box which is much more comfortable! Great value for money!

When I first tried this Bluetooth on a call, the sound quality was really bad compared with my old Bluetooth. After making a few calls and tested also with music, I was decided to return this product. Just before making the click to start the procedure for a refund, I thought what if I give a try the other earbuds that comes with the product. I was so amazed, there was a big difference with different earbud that fits better to my ear.It's not perfect, it has pros and cons. The main advantages are:- The battery last very long. I used to charge my Bluetooth every 2 days. This can last even a week without charging.- Although, that the sound quality is not very good for music, comparing to a headphones. However, the battery allows you to hear music or see a movie on your mobile phone without the need to worry if it will go off, even for the entire day. An average Bluetooth last approximately 5 hours with non-stop playing music.- With the correct earbud, has a good isolation of the ear, and adequate noise cancelation.- Range and max volume is also good.- Charger usb type c- Comes with a hard caseThe disadvantages are:- If you are using the earhook, those types of hooks easily break after a few months in the base that are attached to the Bluetooth (this is plastic). So, although that comes with 3 different hooks, you need to think about hook replacements. In my case I got transparent hooks extra.- There is no "voice notification alert" for battery when you power on the Bluetooth, eg. "remaining time 7hrs". This is one feature that I loved in my old Bluetooth. Now, I need to check the settings on my phone. It has other voice notifications like "power on/off, connected (doesn't say what is connected), battery low (when is too late)"- It does not include the feature to play stereo in both ears as the previous model (LC-B41).- Ear isolation except as an advantage, can be also a disadvantage, as while you have it on your ear you cannot hear very well the environment. Howevr, this can be fixed by changing the earbuds, with the ones that doesn't have good sound quality. So, you need to choose between good sound quality and ear isolation, or bad sound quality and hear the environment. Still, this is based on your ear.Good value for money, this Bluetooth mostly should be used for phone calls, but can be used also for music since it has a good battery.

Really disappointed with this headset. The sound quality is poor and the microphone is even worse – the person on the other end can barely hear me most of the time. It constantly cuts out, making conversations frustrating and pointless. The fit isn’t comfortable for long use, and the build feels cheap. Definitely not worth the money – I expected a lot better. Would not recommend.

After few months of testing this product I have decided to drop a review. The headset works well most of the time, with clear sound and great battery life, up to 3 days if you talk constantly. However, people on the other end sometimes can’t hear me well or very low, and I have to restart the call. Also the noise cancellation cuts out occasionally, which can be frustrating.

Good ear piece, not expensive, clear sound sent and received, would recommend
