Easy to use
I have this in my office that I share with 2 other people. My desk is small so I have to use it next to my desk. It is quiet and doesn't bother them. I tend to do it during break times. It was easy to put together. I did it buy myself in 15 minutes or less. I'm buying a second one for my house. It definitely helps with my stiff knees.
