We love our Crestwalker. Our beaches are soft sand beaches and this cart is the best at actually being able to move a load of beach fun like coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, and balls to the beach. They make a quality product and it works better than the more expensive ones we have tried. CRESTWALER IS OUR FRIEND. So much fits into this caddy, its so easy to pull on sand that everything else has trouble with, and it's so easy to assemble/disassemble for transport or storage. My husband was skeptical when I bought, especially at the price, but after one trip to the beach, he was a fan.

I replace the original wheels on my fishing cart with the Crest Walker balloon tires. Used them on my last surf fishing trip to Cape Hatteras, they worked perfect!!!

I haven’t had a chance to use this on the beach, but I can say it was very easy to set up. I’m thinking the balloon tires will be superior to the plastic, not-as-wide wheels on other carts when it comes to pulling across sandy beaches. For travel/transport of the cart, the tires are easily removed by taking out the pin that holds them on. If Amazon reminds me next April to re-review, I’ll know more as to the true function of the cart.
