Restore: can be used to roll back to a previous date when issues were not present. Re-installation: Use when other options do not resolve issue or to start fresh, install a new copy of the OS on your computer. Your Windows product key code can normally be found on the side or the bottom of your computer. Some laptops may have their Windows product key under their battery, or attached to their charging cord. The product key looks like a 25 digit code on a Windows sticker. This disc does not come with a Windows Product Key.
