How can you NOT love this?! I used this to make Mexican Hot Chocolate mix for Christmas gifts. According to the recipe you need to use 2 tablespoons of the mix to milk. I tried it first and it only needed 1 tablespoon to make the most delicious cocoa. It was so smooth and makes the mix go a lot further. Everyone raved over it. I will definitely be purchasing more of this in the future.

Good thing Dhroste went out of business, or I never would have known I was ingesting poison. By all accounts this cocoa is safe, and it's evident it tastes fine, deeper than Dhroste, I'd say. I don't bake or anything, I just want to get some chocolate in my diet, and since one must drink coffee it seems, and I don't like coffee, this stuff kills two birds with one stone. Fortunately, it dissolves easily with the coffee.

This is a high quality cocoa and it’s taste is stronger. It took me awhile to come to like in drinks like cocoa. It works beautifully in baking.
