This is ok for back & knee pain. I have used other cream for my pain. The other stuff was the same price & did better

I'm just not impressed. The relief lasts maybe 10 minutes max. There's other products that are better. This just isn't it. Biofreeze works better and longer. You can get it here at Amazon. The smell of this product is nice. Like how it goes on and not sticky. It's on the expensive side. Sorry folks...I don't recommend this product.UPDATE 8-11-22I have change my initial review. After using this for the last couple of months...mostly last month or so. I had a fall. Got tangled up with my puppy going down some stairs. Long story short...I ran out of my trusty Bio Freeze so I dug this out of my medicine closet. I was pretty banged up. At first I was just not going to like this product no matter what. How wrong I was! My husband got my Bio Freeze and I was shocked. It simply did not give me the same relief from pain as ProZero. It (ProZero) was working and my extensive bruises all over my arm, hip and knee were going away like magic. The pain was manageable but went to my doc to get checked. Nothing broken but was told to keep doing what I've been doing. So I did. I stopped using my other brand all together and went ALL IN with Prozero. I didn't give this a fair shot in the beginning. When I'm wrong I admit it. I am still using it for left over knee pain and it helps. I'm just about out of it so have to order some. From 3 stars to 5. Thanks ProZero... you've earned every one of them!!!
