Ehh.. not sure just yet
Not really sure if this is doing much for my skin?I’ve been using it now for several weeks and haven’t noticed any decrease in acne. It does how ever dry-out any new blemishes that come along so that’s a big plus.I’ll continue to use, and report any new findings

It's okay, not great and can burn at times if you have sensitive skin
For the high price, I was hoping this would be better than the usual blemish stuff at the store but I wasn't all that impressed. I like the roller ball applicator, makes using this super quick and clean. If I used it once a day, it was ok but I noticed if I tried to apply it later or apply to my skin when it was feeling on the dry side it would burn so bad that I would have to wash it off. It does an okay job of shrinking pimples but it takes days and doesn't perform better than anything else I have tried. Last, I'm not a fan of the sticky feeling it leaves on my skin even after it has dried. I'll use this randomly until it's gone but wouldn't get it again.

It's hard to tell if it's working
I had a facial the beginning of the week so I waited to try this. I don't typically have any acne but after the facial I had some small blemishes. I decided to give this a try. I was surprised when I opened the container it had a ball point applicator. There are tiny directions on the container - just about one sentence in English and it just states to apply to blemishes 1 to 3 times a day and avoid eye contact. I wasn't sure how it was going to come out so I squeezed it a little and a lot of clear liquid started coming out. I rolled it on the blemishes on my face and I didn't feel anything. It didn't have any odor or scent and seemed to dry on contact. I did not feel any sensation so not sure if I put enough on or if that's normal. My blemishes typically heal within a couple of days on their own so it will be hard to tell if it works or not.

Neat roller-ball applicator. Very drying of the skin and very effective.
Neat roller-ball applicator. The instructions didn’t say if you’re supposed to apply it directly to your skin, or first to a finger, but the product photos show the roller-ball being applied directly to someone’s face, so that’s what I did. My only complaint is that it feels a little unsanitary, given that I’m rolling the ball directly on to pimples, but maybe it's okay? The liquid is pretty strong, astringent, and very quickly dries your skin where applied, and it definitely helps to make any stray pimples go away more quickly, but it will still take a few days. I look forward to using it for spot treatment, but it’s not something I would recommend using on large areas of skin, as it is a bit aggressive.

Effective drying spot treatment with an easy applicator - no mess!
This acne spot treatment works to dry and reduce a zit, keeping it from growing. The treatment is clear, so it can be used right before heading out the door. The treatment doesn't cause any redness or irritation and works well on my combination sensitive skin. I love the applicator as well - it is soothing and avoids any mess!

Zinc for zits?
This is a really interesting product. I've never seen topical zinc used for anything but UV protection. The applicator is also unique: It's essentially a ballpoint pen full of the zinc-y fluid. So does it work? It certainly *feels* like it's working: It slightly stings when it comes in contact with blemishes, much like more traditional anti-acne products. Unfortunately, I didn't notice a dramatic effect. I would guess that it reduces blemishes somewhat, but not as much as my favorite spot treatment products, which these days are tea tree oil-based. Also, after using it heavily in the wake of a bad breakout, I started feeling nausea—possibly due to zinc overdose. If you have occasional zits to zap and you feel like your skin doesn't respond well to other spot treatments, by all means give this one a try. But if you haven't tried a tea tree oil gel yet, make that your go-to first.

Roll on pen hurts on top of inflamed acne
Didn’t dry my pimples instantly. It’s uncomfortable to use the roll on applicator on top of inflamed acne. Liquid doesn’t come out easy you have to shake and squeeze the tube.Once you apply you don’t feel any burning or cooling effect but leave a sticky clear residue.Made in FranceDidn’t come with expiration dateBut once opens last 6 months.
