I got several skin care products from this brand and decided to try them together. I started with a cleansing gel which smelled clean, went on easy, and washed off well. Then I followed with a mask that was so so. It didn't get stuck on like clay masks will but I didn't necessarily feel it working. I then used this nice Vitamin C serum. This is like an oil and a little goes a long way. It smells pleasant and is possibly my favorite product of this line. Lastly, I followed up with a cream. It went on easy and I didn't realize a little would go so far. BUT within minutes my skin felt like it had a mask on it, unlike when I actually was wearing the mask. My face felt tingly and like it was tightening, and it became uncomfortable. I ended up rinsing it off and still 5 or so minutes later my skin still feels off. I think this serum is okay, and my skin didn't seem to react to it, but I had to wash it off when I washed off the cream.

Love how this facial serum conditions my skin and leaves it looking clean and healthy. Makes my skin look radiant and fresh. Leaves it with a glow that has a slight shine, but not one that is oily. The skin will be dry to the touch, as in not oily or greasy, yet it's been moisturized. It brightens the skin by ever so slowly dissolving the upper layers of skin that will be cleansed away the next time you wash your face. Makes skin look clean and clear.Fine lines are diminished and the deeper set ones are softened. Firms up the skin while making it more supple and elastic. It's more or less a thin serum that is very lightweight. The substance is an slightly transparent orange thin gel or serum. The mild scent is barely noticeable and doesn't bother me in the least. Spreads easily and absorbs quickly. Great for summertime wear but will also be good in the winter. Works well with other skincare products, as well as with your makeup.Good for all skin types and is just as good for men as it is for women. Good for all adult age groups. Love this on my mature combination skin. Gives me a perfect balance throughout my day.

It burns and make my face turn red immediately after applying .

As a 40 something fair skinned freckle face, I have a long and serious relationship with Vit C products. They are a must for me. This Vit C booster is one if the best! It goes on a bit watery but never sticky. It improves skin tone over night and ot just keeps getting better. Im following with Dennis Gross Vit C moisturizer and the two are a great combo.This has ascorbic acid which is a common form of Vit C, but also has ascorbyl methylsilanol pectinate which is a much more rare form in skin products for some reason. But it is a great antioxidant and works Gainst environmental damage, pollutants, sun damage, dark spots, and wrinkles.The container is not clear which helps protect the product from degrading from sunlight and has a pump applicator which helps the product avoid contact with air and bacteria.I love everything about this Vit C booster and my skin looks more even and healthy already and I've been using it for a short period of time. Definitely recommend this one.

I usually love Vitamin C-based products - my skin enjoys the boost, and I love the smell that Vitamin C products generally bring. This one, though, didn't work for me.I get migraines, and I'm really sensitive to scents. Citrus, peppermint, and eucalyptus are usually benign, if not mitigating, scents; manufactured fragrances are causal for me. This product had an odd, almost dank scent to me.I want to be sure to emphasize that is just my impression and others certainly may enjoy the smell. It just didn't smell like a natural, essential oil, or derivative fragrance of orange. So putting it near my nose wasn't pleasant. I did try it on my wrist, where I found it to be rather oily and sticky in texture. That texture remained even after absorption, when I tried it there.It certainly may do great things for my skin, but the scent and the texture just weren't tolerable for me. I do like that the manufacturer put all the ingredients on the box - a rare thing - but I also want to note there was no caution about sun exposure. Like most vitamin C products, it seems likely you should use caution and avoids sun exposure, if possible, when using.

I have dry, mature skin. I've been using Vit C products since my 30s, and I think they're to thank for my youthful complexion up until menopause. After menopause my skin went to heck anyways, but I continue with C products because they can make a real difference in helping moisturizers work better as well as improving skin texture.This is a really nice serum. Goes on nicely, and doesn't irritate. Don't forget to use sunscreen when using C products! I'm also glad this serum comes in an opaque bottle to help keep the contents from degrading, and I like the pump! So much more convenient for me than a dropper bottle. This serum plays well with my other products too, so that's a plus. 'Tis a bit on the pricey side, but a little goes a long way.
