I loved it. It certainly accentuated my black shirt & black mermaid pencil skirt

The fabric is super thin. The border is not black its navy blue.

At this price point, the quality of the fabric is truly disappointing. The material feels extremely cheap and is super thin — definitely not worth the price. The only decent part is the print, but even that doesn’t justify the poor overall quality. For what I received, ₹100–₹150 would’ve been more reasonable.
