Minimal overhang, surprisingly durable, and works great even on non-HOTOR bins
Even though the listing mentions multiple times that these liners are designed specifically for a particular car trash can, I actually bought them for a completely different desktop bin. I looked at the dimensions, thought they might line up nicely, and decided to give them a shot. They turned out to be a great fit. My main priority was aesthetics—I really didn't want a huge amount of excess bag draping over the outside edges. Most small liners leave inches of clumsy overhang, but these give a very clean, low-profile look with minimal bag showing. Because my bin isn't the intended model, getting the liner over the top rim took a little bit of tension and stretching. A cheaper or thinner bag would have immediately split down the seam, but these have a surprising amount of elasticity and didn't rip at all. That alone convinced me of the plastic quality. The thickness is great for everyday desk waste, they separate off the roll cleanly at the perforations without tearing into the bag below, and the 90-count pack hits the sweet spot. You aren't stuck storing an absurd bulk supply, but at the rate I go through mini desk bags, this roll will easily last a couple of years. If you have a compact tabletop or car bin and want a sturdy liner that doesn't leave an unsightly apron of plastic over the rim, these are excellent. Five stars.

These are great and super convenient. The rolls last me forever. Easy to pop out of the little trash can and throw away when at the gas pump.

I love these tiny trash can liners.
I have a trash can for my vehicle. I used to just put the trash in it and go. But with these little liners its more sanitary and I can pull the little liner out and put a fresh one in without having to rinse it out or anything.

These are not refills.
Why can't I buy refills for the actual trash can? I bought these but it's useless sinces they are so small.
