The media could not be loaded. Our water is highly variable and often smells like sewer water. Since we had a neighbor install this system we have not had that smell with our water anymore. I use this water in my ice maker and my coffee pot and everything tastes better with clean filtered water Installation was easy, even though like I said, we did hire a neighbor to install it and I'm just saying what he said. We installed it in the hole for the soap dispenser that never really works, so we didn't have a hole to drill. Excellent product, top recommendation.

I have been using a reverse osmosis system for 6 years(not this system). The plastic filter housings started to crack and leak. I decided to give this product a chance seeing how it was stainless steel filter housings, thinking it would last longer. However after following installation instructions and testing water quality. I found very little to no changes in my PPM( parts per million)number reading. My regular tap water reads at about 240 PPM. My refrigerator, single filter reads 220 PPM. This 5 filter system reads 219 PPM. Not a change worth spending the money on. FYI my reverse osmosis system was 20 PPM. Which is when water tastes the best in my opinion. I do not recommend this product. I will be going back to a new reverse osmosis system.

The water purifier filtering effect is outstanding, the filtered water is clear and delicious, my family and I are very satisfied.Its appearance is very simple and the stainless steel material looks solid.Water purifiers are tiny, only slightly bigger than a bottle of Coke, and don't take up much room under the sink.It took me about half an hour to install. Please note that there should be a reserved hole on the sink, otherwise it needs to be punched to install the water purifier tap.Teflon tape is required for installation and water valve connections may leak.

Update: They actually got back to me and provided a replacement for the tap water faucet. Overall, I am happy with their product, and now also with their customer service.Original: The tap water faucet is leaking and I tried to contact the seller to get a replacement but I had no success. The rest of it was fine and the installation was also smooth and no leaks under the sink. Their tap water faucet is what actually caused the problem for me, and not the filtration unit. Overall, not the best customer service tho.

Vivo en un apartamento del 3 piso y necesitaba esto con emergencia. Lo mejor es que es muy fácil de instalar y le hice una prueba al agua para saber si en realidad la purifica, pasando la prueba con éxito. Pueden comprarlo

A little difficult on the install if the hole is too large, but with the small workaround it fits the only complaint I have is it’s rather slow and always takes a while to fill up even the most basic cup
