The media could not be loaded.  Because of the stainless steel factor, I was hesitant to try it since ss is not known for its nonstick qualities. But after seeing a few YouTube reviews on Hexclad, I decided to give this a shot; it’s certainly a lot cheaper! I went with egg fried rice, because that seems to be the go to test for nonstick. I heated a tablespoon of oil in the wok on medium high heat until I could see the ripple, and the scrambled eggs just swooshed around as if I were using an100% Teflon coated pan. I then dumped in the rice with some veggies and the wok still performed as advertised. As you can see from the video, although it may stick a little in parts, all you have to do is scrape at it with a wooden spatula and everything comes right up. I also like the fact that the lip around the rim will prevent any liquid from dripping down the exterior side of the wok as you’re emptying the contents onto a plate. Cleanup was super easy; just a little Dawn on a wet sponge and voila! I am very pleased with the wok although I do wish it was maybe a pound lighter.

I really like this pan. It’s scratch free and nonstick. It can also go into the oven.

Worst nonstick pan I’ve ever owned. I bought it and returned it. Everything sticks, even with oil. How did Kenmore make some thing this bad?

This is the third brand we’ve tried. This one was easy to clean, didn’t have weight issues, handles don’t have heat issues, cooked like a dream. We are thrilled!First brand immediately went dirty after first use, second brand had such a heavy handle we kept get annoyed trying to fill it or use utinsils - it would spin.This one is just right the handles don’t get hot, it cooks well we are sold!!!
