Good, but cannot find any email address or contact number for technical support
Some things on the watch do not work. I have tried to look into the manual for troubleshooting where it is mentioned to contact them, however i could not find in the leaflet any email address or contact number. I checked on google as well but could not find technical support.

Really Nice So Far and Battery Life is Crazy
I bought my wife a really nice smartwatch from Polar that came with a premium (read: painful) price tag. The battery was shot after 10 months. Would not hold a charge long enough to get through a night of sleep. Scoured dozens and dozens of off-brand watches on Amazon and landed on this one. The screen res and colors are really stunning and the multitude of custom watch faces is staggering.I charged it up for the first use and I think she went 14 or 15 days on that charge. Haven't really been keeping track but I know for a fact the battery lasts way more than 10 days on each full charge. Incredible. The app is a little clunky with certain functions (tethered to a newer Moto on the latest Android OS) and she gets a ton of notifications sent to her watch but most are useless, only showing the day and time. We're not sure how to disable unsupported app notifications. She can read texts on her watch but responds from her phone. The fitness, health and sleep tracking seem to work nicely and the 'do not disturb' function is wonderful for nighttime. Her old Polar watch had no such function and we used to joke it was like a lighthouse beacon in the night sky when that thing would randomly light up and shoot a beam of light at the ceiling - or my unsuspecting pupil. The screen on this watch does not randomly light up from movement of the body or wrist when it is placed in do not disturb mode.So far she is very happy with it and it performs better in almost every way compared to the Polar at a fraction of the cost. I really hope it is durable and long-lasting as well.

So many features
First off let me say, I had a cheap smart watch that was still working but I bought a Samsung s4 with line for phone use. I hated the Samsung. Battery life was horrible, if I wanted to go for a walk and leave my phone at home then the battery died in about an hour. Not many features either. I went back to my cheap watch but wanted something that would measure blood pressure and blood O2. This one is reasonably priced so I took a chance. I've only had it for 3 days but I have found all of the health meters to be accurate. I have tested them against the finger O2 pulse meter and they are both the same. Also the blood pressure is the same as my cuff. I find the watch health meters to be extremely accurate. Incoming calls are alerted on the watch with the name of the caller. I can read texts but not send them. All of that is fine because I didn't like talking or texting on the Samsung. I just want to see what the text is to see if it can wait. The battery loses about 10% per day, but I have all sounds and extras turned off to preserve battery life.It is large for me but I have very small wrists.I'm very pleased with this watch. More than my $250 S4!Only thing it can't do is be used as a phone. I don't care about that. But there are more useful health meters on this than the Samsung. And bonus, I change watch bands often just for fun. All of the Samsung bands I bought (20 mm) work with this watch

My very first Smart Watch
I kind of like how it looks but having trouble navigating yet through the diff. functions. I guess I just need to keep playing with it until I can learned how to do certain things. You get what you pay for it. I just ordered another brand smart watch and I'll see if there's any difference between them.
