I bought this for my soon to be eight year old granddaughter as a stocking stuffer for Christmas 2025 that just passed. Usually I'll get the unicorn or character lip balms for her but I often wonder about the ingredients that are in those. So while searching I saw, "birthday cake." Her favorite icecream is birthday cake flavor, so I thought why not? The price is EXCELLENT! The scent of this is divine!! When we got to the stockings and she saw this, she let out a squeal of delight. So I'd give packaging a 5 out of 5 just for that, as I was hoping it wouldn't be too plain for a kiddo. That said, the light pink container is eye catching for girlies of all ages. She immediately opened it and put some on and as far as I know, she loves it. She said it tastes good. lol!! I've used this brand in the past, so I know it moisturizes the lips well and keeps them soft. I highly recommended this particular product and will purchase again.

I recently got the EOS Natural Shea Lip Balm in Birthday Cake for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! The scent is sweet and fun, just like a birthday celebration. I tend to go through a lot of lip balm, as my lips tend to be chronically dry. I've always thought eos lip balms were pretty good, and when I found out they had a Birthday Cake flavor, I had to give it a try. Overall, I'm really impressed with the flavor; It has that sweet vanilla frosting and confetti cake scent and taste you expect from a 'Birthday Cake' flavored dessert. The flavor is a bit milder than the scent, but I find this works in its favor, since you don't have to worry about it being overpowering, or being compelled to lick it off your lips all the time. The lip balm is a nice consistency where it isn't overly firm, or difficult to apply, but it also isn't one of those really soft lip balms where you'll use more than you mean to when trying to apply it. It forms a nice occlusive coating on the lips, and worked well for soothing and protecting my lips when I went through a period of irritating and drying them out through repetitive anxious licking. While this product is good, and does moisturize and soften well, I wouldn't say it's the absolute best lipcare product I've used for those purposes. However, I do still really like it, and it is a product I'd reorder to switch things up in terms of flavor.

Yum yum yum! The birthday cake flavor smells just like birthday cake! EOS makes a great, moisturizing balm anyways, so it was a win win!

I got this cupcake deodorant that I am kind of obsessed with the scent, so I've been trying to find more "cake" and vanilla scented items to make it my signature scent this year. Almost everything I have ordered has been a total let down. Eos vanilla body lotion smells like weird warm skin and perfume, I do not understand the reviews saying it smells like frosting...what weird cakes must they be eating? lol. Cake pop lotion by bath and body works smells nice, but not really like cake, more like "pretty girl" if you know what I mean. I ordered like 3 different perfumes that all let me down too. I don't want flowers or powders, I want to smell like CAKE! So, my hopes were not high for this product either. But I ordered it anyway. Opened it up, ran it over my lips and..... CAKE! Mmmmmmm. First scent is a very sweet strong vanilla frosting smell. The buttery kind of yellow cake fragrance is under that, and is sweet and good too. There is a hint of spice there like another reviewer said, but not like a spice cake, more just a subtle hint in the background. I've been wearing it for three days, and so far no breakouts or irritation. Just yummy cake smell and smooth creamy lip feel.

Never tried Eos lip balm well I can say that it's the best !!! Birthday Cake is awesome 👍

I have extremely dry skin and chronically chapped lips, even in the summer. Most lip products I’ve tried are either too sticky or require constant reapplication, which is really inconvenient, especially as a college student always on the go. This lip balm has completely changed that for me. It keeps my lips moisturized for hours without feeling heavy or sticky, and I don’t have to constantly reapply it throughout the day. The scent is light and sweet, which I appreciate because I am very sensitive to strong fragrances. I highly recommend it, especially if you struggle with dry, chapped lips.
