Would not charge the earbuds, and one did no work.
This may be an amazing product, but the one that I received did not charge. I attempted to charge it for hours and hours, but the most charge it ever reached was 5%, and when I attempted to connect it to my phone only one of the two earbuds worked. Within 30 seconds the 5% battery charge was gone.I cannot recommend this product.Replaced it with a set of Sony WF-C710N, which worked right out the box, with both my phone and my laptop.

PESIMO PRODUCTO NO SIRVE

Great earbuds for Belkin, OK compared with others in same price range...
This is my third pair of Belkin earbuds, and easily the best. Bluetooth works seamlessly, unlike my first set that was purely awful, constantly losing contact and making weird whistling noises on connection. My second pair was just a good set of cheap earbuds with the FindMy ability. This set from Belkin aspires to more....So I'm comparing this set with more expensive sets of earbuds I've owned. Elite 75t and Elite 85t Jabras are my favorites, but I've owned earbuds from JBL, Shure, Sony, LG, Samsung and a host of others, including many cheaper brands. I've never bought Apple buds because I don't like their sound enough to make them worth the price and Apple doesn't make them available through Amazon's Vine program which is how I got these and most of the earbuds I'm comparing them with, though I've purchased my Jabras and Samsungs. So let me make a few comments.1) I'm not blown away by the sound quality of these earbuds despite their large 12mm drivers and the six microphones for noise reduction. The sound is good, but not as good to my subjective thinking as my Jabras. They can be equalized via the Belkin app, and there is one special equalization setting that is not alterable which sounds especially clear and bright, with sufficient bass for me to enjoy it, but working with the other presets and directly with the equalizer I've found the bass either overpowering or timid.2) I would like a bit more volume than these provide.3) Noise reduction is good, but not significantly better than my Jabra Elite 75t earbuds which added ANC later via a firmware update and has fewer microphones and honestly, the significantly cheaper Anker Soundcore earbuds have sound and noise cancellation that rivals buds like these and even more expensive earbuds.4) I found fit to be excellent.5) Pairing was spectacularly easy. Just open the case and they're sitting there blinking ready to pair. Your phone asks if you want to pair, and if you give permission, it downloads the Belkin app and installs it. Really easy.6) I'm kind of indifferent to the FindMy ability. I try not to lose my earbuds. Maybe at some point I'll find it a wonderful addition, but I suspect it's never going to be all that important to me.7) Multipoint Bluetooth is another feature that some may find valuable but I probably never will.I was hoping that with these earphones Belkin would make the world stand up and take notice of their earbud chops. Belkin is a kind of boring peripheral manufacturer, so great earphones from them would be a delightful surprise. These are good, but they're not so great that the world is going to take notice of Belkin and start thinking of it as the company from left field that stunned the establishment. They're good, just not that good.

Big Problem
I had high hopes for these Belkin buds but immediately encountered a big problem: their big size. These are just too large and bulky for my liking. They stick out of my ears like Frankenstein bolts, and even their stabilizing fins can't prevent constant repositioning. The large charging case takes up too much room in a pocket also. What's more, I have not mastered the art of inserting the buds in my ears without using a mirror to make sure the fins have engaged the folds of my ears correctly. Needless to say, this is a real drawback when I'm on the go; as a guy, I don't bring along a makeup case with a mirror! But I encountered another major problem: I absolutely CANNOT get these buds to work with my Windows 10 laptop, just my Android 11 phone. The BT settings page on the computer says it has paired with "SF Immerse," which it lists under "other devices" rather than "audio." But then, the buds don't play the music I'm trying to listen to; the sound comes out of the laptop's speakers.Yes, I tried turning off the BT on my paired phone while I conducted this experiment. And yes, I tried to pair with my computer both with the Belkin app's "Multipoint" setting on and off. Nothing worked.Otherwise, the buds' sound quality is a bit sterile out of the box, but activating "Bass Boost" in the EQ settings livened things up to the point that I was content with the sound. But -- I expect perfection from buds selling for $180. IMO these just don't deliver. In fact, I much prefer the 1MORE EVO buds I reviewed not long ago, selling for $145 as I write this. Those fit my ears well, and after running a "sound preference" routine their app provides, their sound quality just blew me away! Those EVOs also have the best ANC I've heard, enhanced by an automatic setting that adjusts the noise cancellation on the fly depending on your current environment. My advice, then, is to give these Belkin's a pass, check out the 1MORE EVOs -- and save $35 in the bargain...PROS:* Decent sound after activating "bass boost" in companion app.* Good ANC but not the best.* Push buttons to adjust ANC and pass-through modes.* Wireless and USB-C charging.CONS:* Both buds and case too large.* Buds don't work with Windows 10 laptop.* Overpriced and underwhelming.

You have to return it finally… don’t buy!
This earbuds has a battery problem. The sound quality is excellent. I bought 2 of them. One of the earbuds on the right side was not charging. And the another on the left was running out of battery after 3 minutes of working! And its battery was not charged more than 6%

Frustrated
Started out amazing across the board. Noise reduction, sound quality are on point. The left ear bud produces maybe half the volume at this point which is a bummer.
