Can use use Bothe the blue and pink box back to back or only use one at a time?

The pink one is a suppository and is used when you have an issue. The blue box is an oral daily supplement so they can be used simultaneously.

Do you both at the same time or one then the other? If so which one is first?

We would recommend taking one or the other, not necessarily both at the same time, at least without consulting a doctor first.
