Garbage audio
Garbage audio. Clearly recorded from a CD with a needle and a brick. Zero top end. This is a very bad repro. Do not buy.

No seamless transitions between songs.
I’m going to give it 3 stars because I love STP and this performance in particular. The record is nice looking. Nice color. The sound, meh, could be better. I have an original AIC Unplugged and the acoustics blow this away, also, you’d think as a concert like performance the record would seamlessly flow from one song to the next. It doesn’t. There’s a break between every track. It’s like whoever did this downloaded this on Napster like 25 years ago and just had it pressed. Hoping to find a better version of this album so I can sell this one for like a dollar at some point.

I had recorded this to VHS at the time it played on MTV, then transferred it to cassette. It was one of my favourite STP recordings and is miles ahead of their studio output in my humble opinion. I'm extremely pleased having found this again on Amazon and can't recommend it highly enough.
