LCD 250w and 750w don’t have the same interface.
Disappointed to find out the 250w and 750w LCD display buck regulators are not from the same series and have slightly different operation modes, so if used in the same location, it would make for user awkwardness. The 750w unit is excellent, good easy to use controls that make sense for quick and easy access to the voltage and current settings, only thing better would be 2 encoder knobs dedicated to each voltage and current. It’s only real downside is the lack of fine adjustment for current limiting, which should be complemented by the 250w unit’s finer adjustment. The 250w unit is a lower series model (one exists that matches the 750w unit’s controls but with the 250w unit’s fine adjustment) that has much less intuitive controls. It does operate very well but in order to manually change either V or A you must press the SET key then press the encoder wheel button to move the cursor to the desired digit you want to change. That’s 7 times you press the encoder after pressing set every time you want to fine adjust current! Terrible for a bench top variable power supply, which was my plan.Considering these two units are sold under the same listing as different “sizes” it is truly a disappointment to pay good money to have the unit delivered quickly from Amazon only to find out I must now order the correct unit directly from eBay/China in order to complete my project. For people wanting to find the correct matching units, the 750w (generic) model appears to be DPS5015 and the (not listed) matching 250w model is DPS5005 to search for if you need them to operate the same. The 250w model sold here is more similar to the generic models listed as DP50V5A although not exactly identical either.

I love this little thing
I love this little thing! It's accurate enough for my means and very simple to use. some notes:1) this thing is TINY take a look at my pic. I should have realized this before buying based on the relation to the caps that are shown in the product picture... This takes away nothing from its abilities, it was just surprising2) If you are having trouble finding a power supply for it, try looking for e-bike lithium chargers. I'm using a 54v, 5 amp "charger" and the reason you can use this is because most lithium batteries have their charge controller built it, the "charger" is just a power supplyThis is a great buy!

Seems to be exactly as advertised.
Just received and connected to a Ryobi 18V4Ah battery. The multimeter indicates it provided the voltage output at 5.01V as indicated on the Drok screen with factory settings.Easy to connect and decent build materials. Screen is bright and clear. Switch feels solid and responds quickly. Componts are exposed at the back probably for heat dissipation. Large heatsync but no fan. I will be building into a case so that is acceptable and matched advertised images. This should be perfect for the project I have planned.

Power Supply
Very nice CC/CV buck converter. Works as it should, accurate display.Interface is easy to use, everything except storing settings to presets is self explanatory (still haven't figured it out - didn't check the manual yet though)There is no diode for reverse polarity protection, so careful when charging batteries. A diode in the power supply would always make the current/voltage readings less accurate. Not by a huge amount, but enough to be an annoyance in some cases, so best it's not included. To protect the supply, you can always add one after the output and increase the charge voltage set, by the diode's dropout voltage.
