24" Medium Super Lightweight 4 Wheel Suitcase Luggage Expandable with Wheels

We took this item on ONE trip and it literally fell apart. The frame is weak and the zip burst even though it was not filled anywhere near capacity.Contacted seller for return/refund but they refused immediately without requesting any further information.Would advise that you avoid this product/seller.

This is the worst suitcase I have ever purchased.I was shocked to discover that it weighs 4.8kg,despite being advertised as "super lightweight".The front tilts forward when packed and cannot be pushed on its wheels. Another drawback is that there is nothing on the side of the case with which to lift it.I have disposed of it as it cannot be used.Flymax should be ashamed of themselves to sell such an inferior product

Suitcase was a nice colour but after a short trip to london , the stitching started to come away on both sides of the handle - disappointing - and the case was nowhere near full !

This suitcase broke the first time I used it - right at the beginning of a 4 week trip. It was a nightmare to use without the main side-handle. I'm currently waiting to hear about return and refund.Update: I was offered a refund if I returned the item or half a refund and to keep the item. I chose the second because I wanted to make sure it was recycled properly and not just thrown into landfill. I was quite pleased with the offer of a part refund - better than the hassle of returning something for it to be thrown away. Hence I've upped my review to 3 stars. I hope the breakage was a one-off. In other respects (lightweight and spacious on a budget) it was pretty good.

Just received it today. Looked an looked for a bigger size suitcase that wasn't outrageously priced.Update: Before use, the inside mesh pocket zipper area stitching is unraveled, a gaping hole is there. unable to use this feature. I hope the whole bag does not fall apart before or while I'm using it.

This is a perfect luggage bag made of quality material. It's bigger than my old bag that I've been using. The bag weighs 4.35kg without any luggage in it compared to my old smaller bag (3.45kg). The only disadvantage is that it lacks a side handle

We needed a second large suit case for a forth coming holiday with a dress code that requires us to dress smart or formal in the evening, and my wife always likes to take the kitchen sink in any event. We have never done posh before. This fitted our needs and our non-posh wallet. I have my doubts as to whether the integral lock was working, but it looks flimsy. We shall be using our usual strong padlocks (that can be opened by customs) in any event.

Received product and while initially impressed with the quality of the case itself, the pull handle was mechanically faulty and would not pull up ( even when pressing the release button).would have expected it to have been quality checked before dispatch.. but clearly had not been checkedAs these things can happen I was prepared to have replaced the product until my experience with the return of this product, the return label does not contain a QR code that most Hermes drops require to print off the label, and with not having a printer to print the label, this is a massive inconvenience of carrying around to various places until label was resolved.Also absolutely outrageous that postage has to be paid on faulty goods , even if they do say they will refund , more inconvenience.unable to contact supplier directly to discuss thus the review...Will update accordingly if refund of product and postage becomes an issue.
