Comfortable belt, would buy again
This belt is very comfortable and had no problems sleeping with it on. It was a tight fit, but I was able to get a SmartZ infusion pump in the pouch.

Fantastic price and product..
I ordered the stretch running belt in large size. It arrived one day earlier then I was told it would. This was a big surprise, thank you. The belt was exactly as described, worked as they said it would, and the cost was very reasonable. I give the company, the advertisement, and the product all 5 Stars!

OK BUT i AM SURE THERE ARE BETTER ON MARKET+
Good belt holds everything effeciently but the belt easily twists on it self and the velcro attacher is a bit cumbersome to operate when one has decreased sensation of the fingers/hands.

It's ok.
The medium only fits me, with a 32" waist, if it's adjusted as tight as it can go. Good for less than a year, then it starts slipping down. Mediocre materials/construction. Good for trying out a belt, but not a permanent solution.

Poor Quality. Not as described.
Immediate return. This thing is cheaply made garbage. The size range does not match the description. There is no way to close or tighten the front pocket, so your insulin pump and/or power bank is just going to fall out and get destroyed. It also has a hard plastic buckle slider that connects the two ends of the belt, instead of just a velcro connection. This is not shown in the description and if you are wearing this all the time as is intended, it is going to be very uncomfortable.
