Leaving a review after about five months of consistent use. I will start by saying that the package did arrive with one of the small bowls shattered. I contacted Amazon who told me I would have to return the entire package in order to have another package re-shipped in which I did not like this answer. I decided to reach out to vancasso directly, sent them pictures, and they assured me that they would ship me a new bowl in a timely manner. I was a little skeptical as I knew that the Boullt would be arriving from China and also they were asking me to send it in a very specific format as far as my address and things went. However, they did send me the new bowl within about two weeks And my set is complete! The quality of the bowls and plates are amazing, they work well in the oven as I like to keep my plates preheated before serving my dishes!!!

These are a fantastic set! Versatile, stunning and easily cleaned. My only negative is that in 10 months we have had a broken bowl, which I dropped(my bad) and 2 chipped plates. I hate that the set is already diminished and I need to buy replacements.

My wife and I really love this set. They are durable and work for any occasion. We had some broken during shipping but the company was awesome, they sent me replacements. We are decided now to get more for family events

I saw the reviews and hoped the people saying the bowls were broken just were unlucky. Nope. I should have known better.So the dishes are amazing looking, I’ll give them that. But wow! What illogical, irrational packaging! First- Amazon… what the h3ll?!?! They just stuck the manufacturer’s box in one of theirs that was obviously too big and they didn’t put anything around it to protect the inner box. I opened the Amazon box and could tell stuff was most likely broken. You can see how the inner box slid back and forth and can see crush marks from the side to side movement. (In person the “accordion” squished lines are more obvious than in the photo)But the worst part- how the manufacturer packs them. Inside their packaging there was a fair amount of foam on the top. But then I pulled the dishes out and see the bowls, which the manufacturer packs at the bottom of the box, with the weight of all the other dishes on top of them, and yup… all 4 bowls broken. Oh and the bottom foam was very thin. (Why have lots at the top and barely any foam at the bottom?) I highly recommend you DO NOT BUY THIS SET UNTIL THEY FIX THE PACKAGING!Oh yeah…. The description said in the last bullet point, “we promise we won’t let our customer suffer any loss.” First of all, LOL! Second of all they don’t sell the bowls separately and apparently have no way of doing that to help a customer who has “suffered a loss”.Amazon did good by me and refunded the order. But it seems nuts that this happens so often but the manufacturer won’t fix the packaging, and now I have a beautiful set of dishes and crappy old bowls that don’t match. Fricken annoying!

I was impressed when I got my box and a plate and a bowl were broken. Company said not to contact them unless you bought directly from them. Amazon had replacement for me very quickly without headaches. I love the color and that they are square.

I treated myself to this nice dinnerware set because I liked the color and shape. I didn't return them despite imperfections in the pottery. They look pretty good, but I was shocked that one of the plates cracked in half in the microwave after a few uses. They are supposed to be microwave safe, and the plate that cracked in half did not have any obvious imperfections, unlike many of the others. Given how much they cost, I am very disappointed. I would definitely NOT recommend this dinnerware.

I purchased these for my daughter as a housewarming gift and it's really pretty but it arrived with two broken bowls. She's not happy and neither am I. It just didnt seem to be packaged well inorder to prevent breaking. Im hoping that Amazon can replace them.
