A BRILLIANT AND CAPTIVATING BOOKHistory is often taught in isolated instances and then learnt without understanding the flow of events and especially “cause and effect”. This book solves that problem. The broader view of “what else was happening at the same time” and where? or why? - has captivated my son. MY SON CANNOT PUT THE BOOK DOWN..MENTION A DATE AND HE DIVES INTO THE BOOK.

I highly recommend it

This is a beautiful book that looks and feels like a superior quality offering - it would make a wonderful present, and would look good in anybody's living room. It's something you can either read from cover to cover, or dip into whenever the fancy takes you. Visitors are sure to pick it up if it's around. It is educational, but also a joy to look through. The only issue I would have would be that it should probably be titled Timeline Of Human History, as it doesn't cover the period before mankind (or mankind's early ancestors) lived on the earth.
