I lost the dongle for my K520 Logitech keyboard & mouse over 5 years ago and held on to the keyboard and mouse because I could not bare to part with it. Despite several horror stories of not being able to get a new dongle to sync properly with the K520 K & M and not being able to return, I took the chance! I am happy to report that I am currently typing on my old K520 keyboard and using my M310 mouse!!! It took me less than 5 minutes to download the Logi options + software and sync the mouse and keyboard. If you love your *orange star* Logitech keyboard and mouse and lost the dongle - this receiver will work! Buy it and get excited!!

Works great with logitech m525 wireless mouse. Just needed to go to logitech.com and repair it with the logitech unifying software. After I downloaded it it took me through the steps. It was easy. Awesome mouse too.

Found a K400+ at Goodwill for $2 missing the receiver. Got this and paired it up near effortlessly. It's easy to use, has great range, and works with multiple Logitech devices, freeing up my other USB ports. It felt a little pricy, but still cheaper than a whole new keyboard. Plus it's a one-and-done, so can't complain too much.

I purchased this only to get an error 404 message when I attempted to connect it. After being on the help chat through the Logitech website for two hours, I was told that this is no longer supported, and that I would have to buy a whole different unifying Reciever. Now I am not able to get a refund even though I ordered it a month ago.

The item is a USB Unifying Bluetooth receiver for any Logitech device that has the Unifying icon (which resembles a 6 point black star in an orange background, although to me it looks like a black sprocket). I bought this item so I could use a Logitech M560 mouse that I had lying around without its dongle. At first, the item was not recognizing the device, but a little research in the Logitech's website for product M560 provided a driver for Windows 11 for the dongle, which worked perfectly. The only issue I have with this specific device is that the black knob is too small for a good grip and so it requires some effort to remove it from the laptop on which I installed it, because it's one of those thin-line laptops that have a jaw (like a mouth) in each USB 3 port which makes plugging in USB devices a pain. But other than that, it was great value for the money.

After my receiver for my wireless mouse was broken and my wireless keyboard was lost I ordered this product. It came quickly and I plugged it into my only USB receiver for my laptop. Initially, nothing happened and I was disappointed that the product didn't work and was about to send it back before I went and searched whether there was software to download to sync the receiver up. Once I downloaded the software from the website and changed old batteries from my devices, this worked great. It was able to identify my keyboard and then another scan and it was able to identify my mouse. Highly recommend. I wrote this review so that consumers know that if it doesn't work at first to try out what I just described since it wasn't initially obvious from the packaging that additional software needed to be downloaded.

Had to buy it separately from compatible hardware good to have the ability to buy replacement receivers in case one gets lost

Works great. Remember this isn't plug and play. You need to go to the Logitech website to pair your device to the dongle. If you have a Mac there are some extra (kinda annoying) security sets you have to do, but it walks you through it. Was able to pair an old MX Performance mouse to a MacBook Pro.
