The media could not be loaded.  It somehow cracked. I am just seeing this now. Purchased on Friday and now Monday it’s cracked. I don’t understand how.**UPDATE**I think i may have screwed that bottom piece too tight causing the crack???!!!Company sent brand new item at no additional cost. Great customer service! First, this clothing hanger cannot handle any weight on the edge of the rack that has no support. It’s super cute but does not function, everything slides to the one side with no support and when I tried to fix the rack the “marble” bottom cracked “. Dont waste your money on this.

It’s the perfect little rack for my guest room. The assembly was super simple and was a great price. However, it is not the most strong or sturdy rack in the world I would not put too much stuff or anything heavy on it. But serves the purpose for what I needed it for.

Very good quality very chic very sturdy very modern. I love it and I’m pleased with it. It holds a lot. I could hang about 2 to 3 jackets on each knob and it holds very well but I would like to mention when I first received it. I thought the screw was missing because I did not find it inside the little plastic bag that comes when the stickers . At first I was upset, but after looking for the fourth time to find a screw, finally I noticed that it was already screwed inside one of the rods. You just have to unscrew it and then screw it to the marble base. I wanted to mention this because nobody in the reviews never mentioned this they all just mentioned that the screw is missing, but I believe they think it’s missing because maybe nobody noticed that it is already screwed into one of the rods. Hope this helps .

I was excited to receive this tree stand for my bathroom as it is the perfect size and scale for the space I want to put it it. However I just received the second replacement as the first one was messed up. The part to screw two poles together was bent. I sent it back requesting a new one, the new one arrived in a beat up box and a piece of the metal hooks was bent and broken. I started the return for a replacement…I will update when I get the next one. I really don’t want to give up on this product as I like the design and the base is really sturdy and overall pretty.

Love! I was hoping I would we be to rotate a few things for multi direction purposes, but it's limited due to a screw method. Nevertheless, its a beautiful touch

They say that all the necessary items to put this stand together are actually included within the product itself. It's true. I was convinced that a much needed screw was necessary to secure the base... they told me it was already attached... I did not believe therm. I didn't see it. But! A careful 4th look :-) and I discovered they were correct. Sometimes it really does pay to examine a product carefully before assuming that because you don't see something - it isn't there :-)

I like the marble and gold look of this product. It's also nice and compact and fits nicely into a small space, between my 2 closets. Although, when you first assemble it, it seems like it would top over, but, it holds firm and can handle a number of items hanging at once.

Me gusto mucho, es muy elegante. Solo cuelgo ropa pero trato de no poner nada pesado en el tubo para que no se vaya a empezar a dañar.

Se ve de buena calidad, pero la base está en contacto directo con el suelo, y no es para maximo 3 o 4 prendas.
