I like it small and I can put it in my pocket, easy to program. I can open the car gate about 60 to 70 feet. I bought it about 2 months. I am not sure how long the battery last. Highly recommend!

Dropped it 4 or 5 times over the course of a year and it stopped working. Light works, checked the switches, but no go. The second one worked fine, so I swapped the guts of that one into the one already on my keychain and I'm good to go. Just plan on spending $9 per year for each one you use, and keep a spare. They don't really last.

Very easy to program, but not for a senior citizen with limited use of hand.You must have access to a very small screwdriver to open. You must be near the gate to open the distance.

I was able to use it to copy one original brand name one for my garage. This is cheap and it works.

This is a poorly constructed, cheap transmitter that has a faulty battery holder. Despite its compact size and tight fit, the battery constantly pops away from the battery leads causing the transmitter not to work. I've had to reset the battery at least a 8 times within 2 weeks. Do not buy!Definitely look at a "Simply Silver 10-digit Mini Remote Transmitter," which is rugged compact transmitter. You really do get what you pay for!
